Home Improvement
The same crew that rebuilds a water-damaged room down to the framing also does the work you actually want done: a bathroom that needs bringing forward twenty years, a kitchen that no longer suits how you cook, a deck that should have been replaced two summers ago.
Restoration work is remodeling, done under worse conditions
Most of what a bathroom or kitchen remodel requires, including demolition, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, trim, paint and getting the whole thing to line up at the end, is work we already do every time we restore a room after water damage. The difference is that restoration has to be done to a deadline, around a homeowner who did not plan for it, and with moisture to solve before anything else can start.
So this is not a new line of business bolted on. It is the same skills, on a project you actually chose.
A basement, taken the whole way
This room came to us as a water damage job, with drywall cut out, framing exposed and a dehumidifier running. It went back together as a finished media room: new flooring, a refaced fireplace, a slat accent wall, recessed lighting and trim.
That is the standard of finish we are talking about when we say bathrooms, kitchens and decks. See how that job started →
The three we get asked for most
Bathrooms
Full and partial remodels: tile, vanities, fixtures, flooring, and the waterproofing behind it that nobody sees and everybody regrets skipping.
Kitchens
Cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring and lighting, sequenced so the room is out of action for as little time as we can manage.
Decks
Repairs, board and rail replacement, and new builds, including removing a deck that has quietly stopped being safe to stand on.

Tell us what you want changed
Rough scope and a rough budget is enough to start. We will come out, look at it properly, and give you a number before any work begins, and tell you honestly if what you want costs more than you were hoping.
