Things that help us quote faster
A photo
One picture of the stain, seam, or damaged area answers more questions than a paragraph. Email it over if that’s easier.
Room count or square footage
Even a rough count of rooms, or the approximate square footage, gets you a much closer estimate before we visit.
If it’s urgent, say so
An active leak or flood is treated differently from a routine cleaning. Say so up front and we will respond accordingly, at any hour.
After you hit send
No part of this costs you anything until you agree to a price, and there’s no obligation at any point in it.
We get back to you
Within one business day, and usually much faster during working hours. For anything urgent, calling always beats the form.
We work out a price
A photo and a room count is often enough to quote a cleaning from. Repairs, installs, and restoration jobs usually get a look in person first, which is free.
You get a firm number
Agreed before anyone starts, not an estimate that moves once the work is underway.
We do the work
Cleaning, repair, refinishing, installation or restoration, whichever the job actually calls for.
Carpet Boss Restoration serves Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia, from Ellicott City to Fairfax. If you’re outside that range, call and ask. It takes a minute to confirm and costs nothing.
