Floors, fabric, air and restoration
Nine services, one crew. Every job is quoted before it starts, and nothing is replaced that can sensibly be repaired instead.
Water damage restoration
The service we are known for. A 24 hour emergency line for active water damage, then the job taken the whole way: moisture assessment, extraction and drying, followed by the rebuild through flooring, drywall and framing.
Carpet cleaning
Fast-drying deep cleaning that pulls dirt out of the pile rather than off the top of it, and returns the room to use in hours rather than days.
Floor refinishing and repair
Hardwood sanded back and refinished, damaged boards replaced and matched to the existing floor, and repairs to luxury vinyl plank, laminate and tile. Often the cheaper answer to a floor that looks finished.
Carpet repair
Loose seams, burns, tears and pet damage, fixed without tearing up the whole room. If a section is genuinely beyond saving we will say so rather than patch it twice.
Carpet stretching
Rippled, bunched or loose carpet rarely needs replacing. It needs restretching: pulled back to proper tension and re-secured on the tack strip, usually in a single visit.
Floor sales and installation
Carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and tile, supplied and fitted. Samples come to your house, and the crew that quotes the job is the crew that installs it.
Upholstery, rugs and custom area rugs
Sofas, sectionals and area rugs cleaned with the same method we use on carpet, including secondhand furniture. We also make custom area rugs cut and bound to any size, for rooms that standard sizes do not fit.
Air duct cleaning
Air ducts and dryer vents cleared for better airflow and fewer allergens in circulation. Usually booked alongside a cleaning visit, while the crew and equipment are already on site.
Home improvement
Bathrooms, kitchens and decks. Restoration work is remodeling carried out under harder conditions, so this is the same crew and the same standard applied to a project you actually chose.
Describe the problem and we will tell you
Most calls begin with how a floor looks, smells or feels rather than with a service name. That is a perfectly good starting point. Tell us what is wrong and we will tell you what it needs.
