We will tell you if you do not need this
We also clean, repair, stretch and refinish floors, which means we have no reason to sell you a new one when the existing floor has life left in it. A carpet that ripples needs stretching. A hardwood floor that looks tired is usually a refinishing job. Those cost less and we would rather do the right one.
When a floor genuinely is finished, worn through the backing, water damaged beyond repair or sitting on padding that has gone flat, that is when this page applies.

We bring samples and measure the rooms in person. Colors look different under your own lighting than under a showroom’s.
A firm quote
Material, underlayment or pad, and installation, priced before anything is ordered.
Installation
Old flooring lifted and removed, subfloor checked, new flooring fitted and trimmed at every edge.
Walkthrough
We walk the finished rooms with you before we call the job done.
