Family-run since 1999, still a small crew
Carpet Boss Restoration is a family-owned floor care, restoration and remodeling company based in Ellicott City, MD. Led by Kevin C. with a crew of five, background checked, and still doing the work ourselves after 27 years.
Results, not a sales pitch
We are detail-oriented and experienced, and we would rather earn the next job than talk you into one you do not need. That shows up in practical ways. We repair carpet, so we have no reason to push new carpet when a restretch or a reseam would fix it. We refinish hardwood, so we will tell you when the floor under your carpet is worth uncovering. Cleaning, installation and restoration are all the same crew, so whichever your problem turns out to be, you are dealing with the same people.
From a single room cleaned to a basement rebuilt after a flood, the standard is the same: arrive when we said we would, do the work properly, and give you a straight answer about what it needed.
