Do you offer emergency water damage service?
Yes. We run a 24 hour emergency line for active water damage. If a pipe has burst or a basement is taking water, call rather than use the form, because response time is the single biggest factor in how much of the room can be saved.
How much does floor cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of rooms and the condition of the floor, so we quote before we start rather than guess over the phone. Send a room count and we will give you a straight number.
Can a worn floor be repaired instead of replaced?
Usually, yes. Loose carpet seams, burns and pet damage are repairable, rippled carpet needs stretching rather than replacing, and a tired hardwood floor is normally a refinishing job. Replacement is for floors that are genuinely past it, not the default.
Do you move furniture?
We move what can be moved safely by our own crew, such as light chairs and side tables. For heavy or built-in pieces, clearing the room beforehand produces the fastest and most thorough result.
What happens after a leak or a flood?
We assess how far the moisture traveled, then extract, dry and restore. That covers flooring and pad first, and the drywall and framing behind it where the damage reaches that far. The sooner we are called, the more can usually be saved.
